Cooperation with a distributor: Another step closer to the opening night.

Today, the CEO of Bontonfilm Aleš Danielis confirmed that he will negotiate with producers to who's movies Monitio might be attached as a pre-film and distributed with them in Czech Republic. As soon the producer Jonáš Rejman will guarantee a date to that he is able to deliver release prints of Monitio, Danielis will start the negotiations.

"For sure, this is a very unconventional kind of distribution. Absolutely rare for a shortfilm. But nothing is impossible," pointed out Danielis.

After having reviewed the preview DVD, Daniel Sobotka, the CEO of the magazine DiViDi confirmed the DVD production deal, that was set up 6 months ago.
After being released in the movie-theatres, Monitio will be distributed as a tabloid of the magazine, reaching the edition of 10 000 pieces and covering the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

"Now I have everything prepared for a release both on 35mm and on DVD. The only remaining problem is the recording of the score. I hope a solution can be found soon," said Rejman.
